About Dave Strasser's Freestyle Academy
Opened in 1997 with the purpose of training individuals in the sport of life. The Academy offers tailored fitness, martial arts and disciplined sports training for individuals of all ages and abilities. The Academy provides fun and challenging classes for everyone ranging from children to adults, and from those less active to elite athletes. Whether you are looking to learn self-defense or to become more disciplined in your daily life, the variety of classes will fit your needs. |
